Working with the module
Preparation
Create a guestbook with a title, hosts, date and welcome message. Choose a design for a wedding, birthday, company party or a classic evening. Add an accent colour and cover. Activate the book when your guests can start submitting entries.
At the table
Print the QR table cards or show the code on the TV. Guests open the form on their phone, enter their name and send a message, a photo or both. They confirm publication before sending. No guest account is needed.
Moderation
With manual moderation, new entries wait for your approval. You can approve or reject them. A helper link lets someone you trust do this on their phone, such as a wedding witness. Only approved messages appear in the gallery and TV display.

A TV or screen with a browser and internet connection in the dining room, a printer for the QR table cards. Guests only need their phone, no account.
The limits
The guestbook is not a review platform. It does not check identity, image rights or content. Approved entries are publicly accessible through a gallery link. The running TV display needs a browser and an internet connection.

Short answers
Only if you choose automatic approval. The default is manual moderation: entries wait until you or a trusted person approves them on the phone. Only then do they appear on the display and in the gallery.
