You do not start from scratch.
The ideas library offers occasions and offer formats as a starting point. For Blind Dinner and Mystery Box, guests must state allergies and intolerances in advance because they do not know the contents.
Included in Professional and Enterprise. If no AI service is reachable, the module builds the suggestion from your articles without AI.

Create promotional material for a post, story or flyer. Share the link to your voucher shop or use the QR code. Guests find your offer where they already notice your restaurant.

Enter the voucher code and the amount to redeem. A partial amount works too, the remaining balance stays. A note helps you trace the redemption later.

Working with the till
NovaPOS
How the module works with LidoOS POS.
Vouchers are created in Nova and sold and redeemed at the till. Codes stay in one place, and the till checks with Nova before every step.
Counter sale: a voucher campaign sits on the receipt as an article, paid in cash or by card. After payment the till fetches the real code from Nova, one code per unit, never twice.
Redeem as a tender: before charging, the till checks code and balance with Nova. Without confirmation nothing is charged. Partial amounts work, the rest stays on the voucher.
Without internet: ordering and cash payments continue. Redeeming a voucher needs the connection to Nova.
Posting: every redemption is posted in Nova. If the transfer fails, LidoOS catches it up automatically without double posting.
Create templates for monetary values or services, with fixed or selectable amounts where configured.
Personal gifts
Use design, text and recipient details according to the template.
Online and counter sales
Online sales use configured payment processing; counter sales have their own issuance workflow and status.
PDF and delivery
After confirmed purchase, generate a PDF and deliver it to the buyer and optionally the recipient through configured channels.
QR check and partial redemption
Identify a voucher, check value and redeem partial amounts while keeping the remaining balance and history.

Wallet and offers
Apple and Google Wallet passes require provider setup. An assistant helps draft voucher offers using your selection and menu.

Responsibility for your offer stays with you.
The module does not replace checking your prices, terms or tax classification. Review suggestions before using them. A voucher campaign guarantees neither extra guests nor revenue.
