Open tables, record requests and take payments together: LidoOS POS supports service at the counter and on the waiter’s phone. One POS, the same features — in the cloud or on the box at your venue.
Explore the workflows
Choose a room and open the table on the floor plan. See which tables are occupied and where a check is still open. Without room coordinates, a table grid is shown. When seating features are enabled, you can enter the guest count as you open the table.
Select items and configured extras or options. Add a note for the team and assign food to a course. Send the order to the responsible kitchen station. Separate course firing must be enabled for your venue.
When a group changes tables, move its open check to the new table. You can also select individual items and transfer them to another table. The POS checks whether the affected checks still allow changes.
Select individual items to pay for or divide the bill equally between people. The remaining balance stays open. With seating enabled, you can split by seat. A custom amount split is not currently accessible in this till interface.
Take cash or use a configured card terminal. Record a tip and check the change for cash payments. Only confirmed payments count as paid; receipts follow your configured receipt process. Card payments will be simulated in the planned demo captures.
Select the item to correct and enter a reason. The POS checks cancellation rights and records the change. Completed receipts have a separate cancellation process with a reversal receipt; the original is retained.
