TuttoPay is not a third-party system: events, guests, QR codes, consumption and payments run in the same tenant as your reservations, tickets and contacts. It is included in the Enterprise package.

Prepare your event
Set up the event, items and prices. Prepare guests and QR codes, then choose how you want to settle their tabs.

Scan guests at the entrance. A QR code on a card or wristband links them to their event account.

Record food and drinks
At the bar, your team scans the guest and records the selected items. A quick single-item mode supports frequently ordered products.

Pay and finish
Depending on the event, guests load credit in advance or settle their tab at the end. They can check their balance through their QR code.

Prepaid: credit in advance
Guests load event credit onto their personal account. Credit and transactions stay linked to the guest. Online top-ups require enabled Self-Pay and a configured payment provider.
Afterpaid: run a tab
Food and drinks are recorded against each guest during the event. The outstanding balance is settled at the end, followed by check-out. Enabled Self-Pay also allows the tab to be paid online.

Do my guests need an app?
A smartphone browser is enough for the guest view. Guests who simply show their QR card or wristband to staff do not need their own smartphone.
Is TuttoPay a restaurant till?
TuttoPay is designed for event organisation, recording consumption and matching payments. Any additional till and receipt solution needed for your business is discussed separately during setup.
What does TuttoPay cost?
TuttoPay is included in the Nova Enterprise package. The standalone product will have its own terms when it is released. Payment provider fees are accounted for separately.

How does TuttoPay work at an event?
