Webmail
Set up your restaurant address.
Enter your domain in the admin area and check whether it points to the intended mail server. Completing the setup also requires your mailboxes and the settings for reliable delivery.
Answer inquiries, keep track of appointments, and find contacts again: your webmail accompanies your restaurant day in the browser and on your phone. With your restaurant address, it stays clear to guests who they're writing to.
Working with the module
Webmail
Enter your domain in the admin area and check whether it points to the intended mail server. Completing the setup also requires your mailboxes and the settings for reliable delivery.
Webmail
Elena asks about a family evening. You find the message, open attachments, and keep replies together as a conversation. Folders, search, and labels help with sorting. For your overview, you can choose between three views.
Webmail
Write your reply in the editor and keep it as a draft until everything is settled. Each sender identity can have its own signature. Messages can also be sent with a delay. In the example, the table confirmation stays open until you've checked availability.
Webmail
Record the callback or the preparation in the calendar. You switch between month, week, day, and appointment list. Calendar invitations from emails can be accepted or declined. A table reservation isn't created automatically by this.
Webmail
Save contact details in address books and group matching contacts together. Address autocompletion helps while writing. The webmail address book is standalone; an automatic link with the LidoOS guest database isn't currently connected here.
Webmail
Open your mailbox on your phone or place it as a web app on your home screen. Pull to refresh updates the message list. You need a connection to load new content and to send. Full offline operation isn't planned.
LidoOS Copilot
No AI in this module
Webmail doesn't write or answer messages with AI. You write your texts yourself or use saved templates.
You decide what you write and send.
Calendar, contacts, and email features work without AI support.
Webmail and POS
The email, calendar, and contact workflows shown have no direct POS connection.

What you need to get started
Your own domain with a mail server record pointing to LidoOS, and the Professional or Enterprise package. Mailboxes are created during setup; the address book is separate from the guest file.
The limits
An inquiry or calendar invitation doesn't confirm a table. Check availability in the reservations module and reply afterwards. The address book doesn't replace the guest database. Without internet, new messages and sending aren't available.
Packages
Webmail is part of Professional and Enterprise. The current conditions and setup scope are in the shop.
Webmail not included
Describe which mailboxes you need in your day-to-day work and whether you already have a domain.
Short answers
No. An enquiry or calendar invitation does not confirm a table. You check availability in the reservations module and then reply from the mailbox.
Yes. You enter it in the admin area and check that the mail server record points to LidoOS. Mailboxes and sending settings are then part of the setup.
No. The webmail address book is separate. An automatic link to the guest file is not connected at present.
Only to a limited extent. You can add it to your home screen as a web app; loading new messages and sending require a connection.
The recordings show the Via Palermo test mailboxes with fictional messages, contacts, and appointments.
Your plan, enabled modules and limits define the scope. The shop shows current terms. We plan connections to POS, devices and external services with you.
