Pick the paper width, upload your logo, switch address and contact on or off: the receipt designer shows you right away what the finished receipt looks like. Guest receipt, kitchen ticket and closing each get their own printer. For business meals you print the business meal receipt in your own style.
The guest scans the code and has the receipt in the browser, in their language. You decide for your business whether it is printed, electronic only or both. With “electronic only”, no printer runs for the guest receipt any more.
Every till receipt gets its signature with counter, time and check value — visible as a block and as a code on the receipt. A void gets its own signed reversal receipt that points back to the original. That way every receipt has its proof.
Enter your premises and tills once, prepare the registration, look at the preview, release it — the POS transmits it and files the confirmation with your records. The history shows which registration went out when.
The POS collects receipts, closings and signature data in an archive that only grows and never overwrites. You add a mirror on a second storage, so your records stay safe even if something happens on site.
For a till audit the DSFinV-K export including the signature archive, for your tax advisor the DATEV booking batch. You choose the period, the POS builds the files from the closed days and checks the totals against the Z report.
